HRCF COLLEGE DECLARATION
(Government Recognition No. 009 s. 2010)

In line with Dr. Jose G. Rivera, Jr.’s drive to provide quality education to the community, he decided to widen the scope of his legacy in providing a tertiary level in his institution.  At the start of A.Y. 2007-2008, the college department, offering Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), commenced.  This program was made possible with Dr. Rivera’s initiative to fully fund the program that caters to financially challenged but academically deserving students under the Dr. Jose G. Rivera Scholarship.

The institution’s tertiary level aims to:

  1. Produce dedicated educators in the field of Elementary Education.
  2. Imbibe educators with proper honing tools in developing globally competitive learners.
  3. Produce educators that are not only equipped with the knowledge for the four corners of the classroom but also involved in community and church activities.
  4. Mold professional educators that would morally uphold the Christian values.

After the initial run of the college program, the institution produced a single graduate who eventually passed the licensure examination for teachers and was absorbed in the faculty line up.  In the succeeding academic years, interested students to finish a degree in education ballooned in number.

As of today, the institution was able to produce many college graduates, who passed the licensure examination for teachers, and currently, 25% of the teaching staff are product of the institution’s college program.
