In adhesion to the guiding principle and the mission of Holy Rosary Colleges Foundation of providing quality education and producing highly competent graduates through a well-crafted program in coherence with the Department of Education K to 12 Curriculum objectives, the JHS Department targets to infuse to students the following ideals:

1. Embolden students to bring out the best in them by providing best avenues and opportunities conducive to unmitigated personal development.

2. Give students imperative tutelage so that they will be individuals whose demeanor is always in consonance with the concept of social and spiritual norms.

3. Help students develop their leadership potentials, interpersonal skills, and God-given talents not only for their own good and benefaction but also for the well-being of others.

4. Make their job and life ready equipped with essential 21^st Century Skills through elevating their entrepreneurial literacy and virtuous behavior towards work which are extremely important and necessary for keen selection of career.

5. Deepen their zealous commitment to Christian ethics and patriotic endeavors.

            The HRCF Junior High School, guided by the principle, “In a world where children are expected to belong, we nurture them to stand out”, remains committed to transforming students holistically as responsible, devout, and righteous citizens to the service of God, the homeland, and the fellowmen.
