THE INSCRIPTION
The seal of the institution bears the word, “Holy Rosary Colleges Foundation” and the year and place of its establishment.

1988-1998

The initial seal of the institution which was designed by its founder,  Dr. Jose G. Rivera, Jr., with the name Holy Rosary School Foundation, was used from June 1988 until 1998. The seal, black and white in design,  consist of an old-style Crown at the center with a rosary around it and its crucifix is positioned on top of the crown. This connotes that the school operates with the guidance of Christian ideologies and values. Its regular dodecagon shape represents equality among its employees and students as well.

1999-2016

At the start of the school year 1999, the institution decided to further cater the needs of  higher level of education.  Dr. Jose G. Rivera, Jr. decided to extend his offering of quality education to the tertiary level. The institution began its offering of Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.  College students were accepted as scholars.  The seal’s rosary and crucifix was still the same except for the crown.  The institution’s name was also changed to “Holy Rosary Colleges Foundation”.

Color yellow, blue, and red were added to the seal.  The yellow color stands for hope and optimism. The word “colleges” printed in red signifies passion and determination of the founder, Dr. Jose G. Rivera, Jr., to provide quality education and produce eminent graduates who will  be able to  compete globally. The blue color connotes integrity. This seal was used from 1999 to 2016.

2017-present

In the age of millenials and modernity, the institution’s new president, Dr. Clarissa S. Rivera, CPA, modernized the seal, it transcended then again to new heights.  The crown’s design and seal outline, along with the colors were  altered to be suited to present styles.
